Rent must be paid in advance on the 1st of every month
Deposits equal to one month’s rent, refundable if no damages occur
Late payments may result in a £20 late fee or loss of studio access
Additional charges apply for excessive energy use during winter
Cancellations require at least 7 days' notice for a full refund
Deposits are non-refundable if the user vacates early

3.2. Studio Usage & Responsibilities

Studios must be used for creative and professional purposes only (no illegal activities).
Renters must leave the space clean and in the same condition as when they arrived.
Any damages to the studio or equipment will be the renter’s responsibility and repair/replacement costs will be charged.
Noise levels should be kept within reasonable limits to avoid disturbances to other users.
No overnight stays, cooking, or subletting

4. Events & Workshops

Create Space London hosts events, exhibitions, and workshops.
Ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
We reserve the right to reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participants must respect the venue rules and fellow attendees.

5. Termination of Agreement

Create Space London can terminate access immediately if users violate rules
Users must vacate within 24 hours of termination notice
